Service

All features, tests, digital content, educational materials, subscriptions, tools, and services available through mindtests.io.

Platform

Our website, applications, systems, and related services accessible through any device.

User

"you", or "your" means any person accessing or using the Service.

IQ Score

A numerical result generated by our educational assessment algorithm.

Training Content

Educational materials, online video courses, exercises, guides, and related content focused on memory, cognitive skills, self-improvement, learning, and intelligence-related topics.

Subscription

Recurring paid access to premium features and content.

Introductory Access Period

The first 5 days of access after payment of the initial USD $2.00 charge.

Monthly Subscription

The recurring subscription charged at USD $29.99 per month after the Introductory Access Period unless cancelled.

Billing Cycle

The monthly recurring period for subscription charges.

Account Credentials

Any email address, authentication code, login method, passwordless access link, or other information used to access your account.

Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyber attacks, network failures, pandemics, internet outages, payment processor failures, power failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.

mindtests.io provides online IQ testing, educational cognitive assessment tools, and digital training content for educational and entertainment purposes.

By using our Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our billing terms, and our service limitations.

These Terms apply to all access methods, including desktop, mobile, tablet, web browsers, applications, and any future access methods.

mindtests.io provides IQ testing and related content for educational entertainment only.

Our tests are not clinical psychological assessments, medical tools, academic evaluations, professional intelligence tests, or diagnostic instruments.

Your IQ Score should not be used for medical, educational, employment, legal, professional, or psychological decision-making.

Test results may be influenced by many factors, including your environment, mood, stress level, sleep, focus, device, internet connection, testing conditions, and familiarity with similar questions.

Our Training Content is based on general educational and self-improvement principles. We do not guarantee improved intelligence, memory, IQ score, academic performance, job performance, or real-world cognitive improvement.

mindtests.io does not provide medical, psychological, educational, legal, or professional advice. For clinical cognitive or intelligence assessment, consult a licensed professional.

By using the Service, you accept that results are for personal interest only and that use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

By accessing or using mindtests.io, creating an account, completing a test, making a payment, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, website notice, or account notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or completing a purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, email address, login links, authentication codes, and access credentials.

You must not share your account, create multiple accounts to abuse the Service, provide false information, bypass security systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person's payment method without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Accounts inactive for more than 365 days may be deleted, including associated account data, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention obligations.

mindtests.io operates as a subscription-based digital service.

After completing the IQ test or accessing premium features, you may be offered paid access to your results, repeated test access, score history, educational content, and online video courses related to memory improvement, cognitive development, self-improvement, learning, IQ-style questions, and related topics.

6.1 Initial Payment

You will be charged USD $2.00 at the time of purchase.

This initial payment gives you access to the Service for the first 5 days.

6.2 Automatic Monthly Subscription

After the first 5 days, your subscription automatically renews at USD $29.99 per month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By completing your purchase, you expressly authorize mindtests.io and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method:

• USD $2.00 immediately; and
• USD $29.99 per month starting 5 days later, unless cancelled.

The subscription continues monthly until cancelled.

6.3 Clear Billing Disclosure

Before completing your purchase, you are informed that the Service includes a recurring subscription.

By clicking the purchase, payment, or checkout button, you confirm that you understand and agree to the recurring billing terms.

You are responsible for cancelling before the monthly renewal date if you do not want to continue the subscription.

6.4 Subscription Access

Active subscribers may access:

• IQ test results;
• Repeat access to the same test or similar tests;
• Score history and account features;
• Online video courses;
• Memory improvement content;
• Self-improvement resources;
• Intelligence, learning, and cognitive training materials;
• Other premium content we may add from time to time.

We may update, replace, remove, or modify any content or features at our discretion.

6.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, any available cancellation portal, or by contacting support@mindtests.io.

Cancellation stops future billing only.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current paid period, unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

Cancelling does not automatically refund previous payments.

6.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, suspend access, restrict account features, or terminate the subscription.

You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6.7 Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing in the future. Where required, we will provide advance notice before applying price changes to existing subscribers.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, IQ results, educational materials, and premium access, payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are reviewed at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Failure to cancel before renewal;
• Lack of use;
• Change of mind;
• Dissatisfaction with IQ score;
• Dissatisfaction with educational content;
• Partial or unused subscription periods;
• Forgetting about the subscription;
• Not reading the billing terms before purchase.

We may consider refunds in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, verified technical billing errors, or unauthorized transactions that can be reasonably proven.

To request a refund, email support@mindtests.io with your account email, transaction date, payment details, and explanation.

Approved refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

We do not store full card details on our servers.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. If your bank or card issuer converts the payment into another currency, exchange rates and foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank or card issuer.

Any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or foreign transaction fees are not controlled by mindtests.io and are not refundable by us.

All content, tests, questions, software, designs, branding, text, graphics, videos, educational materials, training content, algorithms, and platform features are owned by mindtests.io or licensed to us.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, download, share, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

You may provide information, answers, responses, account details, feedback, or other content while using the Service.

You retain ownership of your personal information and submitted content, subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you allow us to process your responses, test activity, account data, and usage data to provide results, improve the Platform, maintain security, process payments, and operate the Service.

You must not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, payment processor issues, cyber incidents, hosting failures, internet disruptions, or Force Majeure events.

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability, technical errors, loss of access, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

To use the Service, you need a compatible device, internet connection, modern browser, JavaScript enabled, cookies enabled, and access to your email account.

We are not responsible if the Service does not function properly due to outdated devices, unsupported browsers, poor internet connection, browser settings, third-party extensions, security software, or user-side technical issues.

When contacting support, include your account email, transaction details where relevant, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting information.

We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time, but response times may vary depending on request volume, complexity, weekends, holidays, and technical issues.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or damage the Platform;
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service;
• Share login access with others;
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated access;
• Abuse refund, chargeback, or cancellation systems;
• Submit false payment or identity information;
• Misrepresent test results as clinical, official, or professionally certified;
• Use our content for commercial resale or competing services.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mindtests.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, emotional, reputational, financial, business, academic, employment, or data-related damages.

We are not liable for decisions made based on IQ Scores, test results, educational content, training materials, or self-improvement resources.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to mindtests.io in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mindtests.io, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable laws;
• Your infringement of third-party rights;
• Unauthorized use of your account;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or improper payment activity.

You may stop using the Service or request account termination at any time by contacting support@mindtests.io.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Service, create risk for the Platform, engage in fraud, abuse chargebacks, or where required by law.

Upon termination, access to the Service may end immediately.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund and does not remove payment obligations already incurred.

Certain data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment processing, dispute handling, or compliance purposes.

We may update, change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including test formats, training content, videos, pricing, features, account tools, and Platform design.

Material changes may be communicated where reasonably required.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Service and Terms.

The Service may rely on third-party providers, including hosting companies, analytics tools, payment processors, email providers, customer support tools, and security services.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, fees, terms, privacy practices, or service failures.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms, the Service, payments, subscriptions, or your use of mindtests.io shall first be raised with us by contacting support@mindtests.io so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where local consumer laws apply, these Terms will be interpreted in a way that complies with those mandatory laws.
